At Helen Kaminski, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected style is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective internal structures and hangtags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
