How should I care for my raffia hat or bag?
To maintain the shape and quality of your raffia piece, avoid contact with water. If it gets wet, reshape it by hand and let it dry naturally. Use a soft, damp cloth for light spot cleaning, but do not use chemical cleaners.
What is the difference between rollable and non-rollable hats?
Our rollable hats are specifically designed with flexible raffia braids or felt that can be folded for travel. Non-rollable styles feature a more structured crown or brim that may lose its shape if crushed; these should be carried in a hat box.
How do I determine my correct hat size?
Measure the circumference of your head approximately 1cm above your ears using a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurement to our size guide: Small (55cm), Medium (57cm), Large (59cm), and Extra Large (61cm).
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items may be ineligible for return if the inner band shows signs of wear.
